Belfast's first floating restaurant is now open on board The Barge which is moored between the Waterfront Hall and the Queen's Bridge. The Barge is also home to a Maritime Museum and a small theatre. More details here.

Irish Restaurant Awards 2011

La Boca has recently won "Best Casual Dining 2011, Antrim" in the annual Irish Restaurant Awards. This is our first accolade and we are delighted. We now go through to an awards ceremony in Dublin on 25th May to see if we can win Ulster and even Ireland. Watch this space.

Just back from a gala dinner in the Burlington Hotel, Dublin.........and the winner was.........LA BOCA! Yes, La Boca has been named "Best Casual Dining Restaurant 2011, Ulster" Congratulations also to La Cucina in Limerick who won the overall award.
